Dear Archies,
Step back to 2020, when you reunited with fellow alumni from the Department of Architecture at REC Trichy (now NIT-Trichy), reliving memories that brought back the unique journey you once embarked on. Whether it had been "a few decades" or "just a few years" since you first walked onto that hallowed campus, you reconnected over the shared identity of being called an "Archie." You remembered standing out among the engineering students, armed with T-scales and paper scrolls, learning early on that real initiation came from your seniors even before classes began.
That reunion rekindled the camaraderie of a tightly-knit group, reminding you of the deep bonds you’d formed with juniors, seniors, and peers. Those late-night design sessions, temple study trips, the unforgettable NASA expeditions, and festival celebrations brought laughter and nostalgia. The "Culvert Club," familiar campus hangouts, and spirited sessions were moments that lived on vividly.
In 2020, you came together once more to reminisce, share stories, and celebrate how far everyone had come since those formative years—passing on your wisdom and memories to inspire the architects of tomorrow.
