The alumni has solicited and also started to receive donations/contributions from fellow alumni through a system called BRICK contribution. Each brick costs INR 5000/- and it is up to each ones willingness and ability to contribute any number of bricks. Even as we are going online we have collected considerable amount as on date. The contributions are transferred to the RECAL foundation and the contributors can avail exemption under 80G of the income tax rule. 

The amount thus collected are collated and divided for various activities such as

• Financial assistance for deserving/needy students*
• Arranging for guest lectures by renowned architects*
• Assistance to students for attending renowned architectural events*

*The criteria/beneficiaries/quantum is decided by the office bearers/ board of RECAL ARCHITECTURE CHAPTER in consultation with the Department of architecture.

Details of the beneficiaries (except for recipients of financial assistance based on economical background) and the quantum will be available on the site at the reports section.
